Our Archives Room is upstairs in the Parish House. Everyone is welcome to come up and enjoy our collection of articles, photos, letters, and albums. We would appreciate your contributions of papers and photos about Christ Episcopal Church and our members through the years. We place each item chronologically in albums labeled for the rectors who have served us, the history of our buildings, events, programs, members, and other topics. We love seeing photos of the young faces of our older members and reading stories of our interesting past. Did you know that the Archbishop of Canterbury visited us in the fifties? Many thanks to those of you who have dropped off boxes this year full of articles from years past. We love them!
We meet on Fridays in the Archives Room at 1 PM, and hope that you will join Melinda Penn and Sue Rosser in this ongoing project. We welcome anyone who has an hour or two to give weekly or monthly. Please consider giving some of your time to Christ Church in the Archives! Discover the joy of giving in this way!
