Worship should be at the core of any church and so it is at Christ Episcopal Church. Music is an essential part of the liturgy and heritage of Anglicanism, and that history and tradition is fully embraced at Christ Episcopal Church. The dedicated offering of time and talent by our faithful choir members makes our worship joyful and meaningful. Those who love to both sing and serve are given the opportunity to grow in our choir.

Lynn Gardner is serving her second stint as organist and choir director having retired as such after 27 years in 2002. Her extensive knowledge of and experience with the Episcopal liturgy and her respect for the church calendar and tradition results in music which enriches our worship and pays particular attention to festival and holy days.

The 10:30 a.m. service features preludes and postludes by organist on the organ and/or harpsichord and the choir leads the congregation in service music and psalms with anthems and other special music during offertory and communion.
