Habits, Norms and Expectations Gathering– This time together is designed to help you identify the habits, norms and expectations (spoken and unspoken) of Christ Church particularly in the areas of liturgy and worship, music, programs and structure, and staff. We will also explore the underlying sources of these expectations. You will identify your own habits, norms and expectations in order to be able to identify similarities and differences between yourselves and your congregation so they can be explored and, for differences, resolved.
