CEC is participating at Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 17th. We will have balloons to give out to the people and St. Francis medals for the pets.
Volunteers are needed for set up and take down. We need persons to fill & handout balloons, "Balloon Wranglers" and people to put the St. Francis medals on the pets.
