Sunday schedule :

Holy Eucharist Rite I at 8:00 AM and Holy Eucharist Rite II at 10:30 AM with choirs (except July) 

• Come join us for Coffee and Fellowship in the Parish House from 8:45 - 9:15 AM

Our Church Nursery is for Infants and Children up to 4 years old:

After Sunday May 30, 2010, until further notice, our church nursery will no longer be open  by the decision of the Vestry, May 19, 2010.  If you have any questions, please contact Ron Probst--Vestry Liaison for the nursery, or another Vestry Member.

• Located on the lower level of the Parish House
• Has an outside entrance at the back center of the Parish House
• Is open Sundays during the school year from 9:00 AM until the end of the late service
• June - August Nursery is available - hours vary according to church service schedule

Sunday School for All Ages - in the Parish House During the School Year

• Sunday School for Preschool - 6th Grade: upstairs classrooms at 9:15 AM
• All Youth in grades 7 -12 are asked to help by serving as Shepherds/Mentors
• Adult Sunday School - 9:15 AM, Library located to the right of the foyer
  

Other Services

Each Wednesday: Rite I with Litany of Healing service at 12:00 noon - Chapel*

Each Thursday: Centering Prayer, 5:30 - 6:30 PM - Chapel*

3rd Friday each month: 11:00 AM Rite II service at King's Grant

* The Chapel is located off of the Undercroft in the lower level of the Church Building

Outreach

Call the Parish Office at 276.632.2896 for meaningful opportunities with:

• "Loaves & Fishes," our Free Community Dinner served the last Wednesday of each month from 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the Undercroft (except during July)

Additional projects are selected for Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Vacation Bible School. Christ Church provides ongoing support for the Boys' Home in Covington, Virginia, and for local social services through Grace Network.

We do not close for lunch. Reduced schedule during June and July.
